BREAKING: Mortgage rates drop to the lowest level in over a year! Today's big drop was a result of June's collection of employment reports, which came in below expectations and point to weakness in the jobs market. Consequently, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell to its lowest level since April 2023!
