Happy Friday! Friendly reminder of our agency process and staffing:

📌Audrey handles the personal lines for Strong Family Insurance, she can quote/endorse etc and does this exclusively day in day out
📌Heidi is our office manager/senior commercial agent and handles the existing commercial clients exclusively and E&S renewals
📌Gene handles billing, policy service, certification and data gathering
📌Ana handles our front desk/reception and is on Maternity leave through the end of May. She is the only other bilingual agent other than Gloria (Spanish)
📌Gloria handles the agency operations, marketing, accounting, carrier management, staff training and new commercial clients intake reviews to see if client is a good fit for our agency

Hope this helps clients understand each of my employees have a role to fill and we aren’t as fast as we once were however we know our position very well and will help in anyway we can and if we can’t help we always have a trustworthy referral partner.

Happy 2026 🥳

As I look back and see the slow but steady progress it warms my soul. I’ve always said, in order to run you must first crawl then walk etc. Cheers to another year in the history books and onward to the future. I am beyond excited for my agency, agents, agency partners. Wishing all our business owners and clients a 2026 full of blessings, we made it through 2025, be proud of yourself and keep on keeping on!

There’s a lot of closed roads, downed trees, and flooded homes. If we are asked to evacuate again, we will need to close our physical location. Will keep everyone updated.

We’re watching what the City is advising. We have another storm approaching but hope to be able to open next week. If not, we will still be available remotely. We’re calling back in the order received.

For claims: Please call carriers to file your claims - they are all available 24/7. Claims will be overwhelmed for this area but if your claim has been filed begin calling companies for clean up such as PuroClean, ServPro, Service Master to extract the water as these companies will also be very busy. Local tree, excavation, site prep companies can help as well since they have the equipment needed to move debris. Stay safe everyone!
