What if they then told you that the car will go down in value each year but that your home could increase an average of 3-5% a year?

Attention Realtors!

Great news from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac today surrounding the NAR settlement!

Fannie and Freddie announced that if a seller continues to pay for the buyer's agent commission, those fees are not included in the interest party contribution cap!

Meaning, if a buyer needs help paying their closing costs, they can still ask for that AND ask for the seller to pay their agents commission!
