Yesterday, I had the privilege of helping a young couple expand their rental portfolio by using a loan product that requires no personal income verification (i.e. paystubs, tax returns, etc.) and qualifies you based on the rental income produced by property. This product is called a Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loan.

I am embarrassed to say that until about a year ago, I wasn’t even aware there was such a thing. But today, I want everyone to know about them. I Love This Product!!!

DSCR loans allow you to purchase an investment property in your name or LLC (Good idea to help limit liability). These types of loans don't show on your personal credit report. You can be a first-time investor or have over 50+ doors under your belt. Purchasing rental properties not only helps you generate income and generational wealth, but can also provide tax advantages, and DSCR loans are a great tool to help.
