Its a long post, but a lot of good info and answers questions people have asked!
It is a new year and we officially merged with Yingling and Nuessen Agency, we couldn’t be more happy or thankful for the opportunity to partner with such a longstanding local agency! Since we started this transition process, the main focus has been that both agencies clients get the same or better care they that have came to expect. While the name will officially change to The Grady Agency for both agencies, through this acquisition we will honor the legacy and reputation every day that has been built over the last 30 plus years.
We cannot express how thankful we are to Mike, Dusty and the staff at Yingling and Nuessen for making this a smooth, fun and enjoyable transition!! We are really looking forward to building a relationship with the clients we haven’t met or talked to yet and making sure that you know you are going to be a valued client and be well taken care of!
A few major points we want to make sure are clear in this transition:
► Mike Yingling will be staying on with the team for the foreseeable future! Mike has built an amazing agency and legacy in our community and it is important to all of us that he continues to be a part our team! Mike has an awesome goal to hit fifty years in the insurance business and we want to make sure we get to be a part of that story. For those who have asked, Mike is not retiring or leaving the agency. He just might have a little more freedom and flexibility than he is used to 😃
► Dusty Gustafson will be staying on as an integral part of our team acting as CFO and Commercial Lines Support Specialist. Dusty was a partner in The Yingling and Nuessen Agency and it was clear throughout this transition that she is a huge part of the success and what they have built. She brings years of experience in agency management, commercial lines insurance and numerous other areas to our team. We are so excited to have her knowledge and expertise!
► Our whole team. Over 100 years of combined insurance experience! We feel like we have a team that is second to none in this business. When you walk in, you will see two smiling faces ready to greet you and help you! Abby and Nikki are huge assets to our team and are ready to help you with anything you need! First impressions are everything and we feel like they make ours great!! They both are a HUGE part of making this agency what it is. Both licensed, knowledgable, professional and have a drive to make sure our clients are well cared for. Mike, Dusty, Eric, Jacob and Lance are all ready to serve you well and make sure we are providing you with the best insurance products possible at the best rate. We all have different specialities to make sure you have a team that has expertise in all areas of the insurance business.

Nothing changes for clients! You will hear from us to introduce ourselves or to let you know a renewal is coming up and we will be working to find you the best insurance package possible, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! It was paramount to all of us that there was no headaches for clients! Nothing will change for you.
Our office location is 111 West Washington. The Grady Agency has moved in to the Yingling and Nuessen building and boy are we loving the space! Come and see us in our new location, we have coffee and soda ready for you!
