Customer Service Representative - Full Time

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency team! The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assist clients with questions, policy information, and payments
- Provide excellent service in person, over the phone, and by email
- Process policy changes and update customer accounts
- Help maintain organized client records and office workflow
- Work closely with agents and team members to support daily operations

We are SO happy to announce that our facility will be open again on Monday, May 11th, 2026. We share a free continental breakfast and hot lunch Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-1:00 pm with anyone who would like to join us. As there are no qualifying guidelines, no one is ever asked to prove their level of need. Everyone is welcome!
