🎓 Henry County Farm Bureau Scholarship Spotlight: Morgan Meyer 🎓
We are proud to recognize Morgan Meyer as a recipient of both a $1,000 Henry County Farm Bureau Scholarship and a $2,500 Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) Scholarship. Morgan is a senior at WACO High School and plans to attend the University of Iowa, where she will major in Biology.
Morgan is deeply involved in agriculture and leadership, serving in numerous roles through FFA, 4-H, National Honor Society, and athletics, including leadership positions such as FFA Chapter President and 4-H Club President. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to her community through volunteer service and a variety of school and extracurricular activities.
Raised on a fourth-generation family farm, Morgan plans to return to rural Iowa after completing her education to pursue a career as a physician serving rural communities, helping ensure farm families and rural residents have access to quality healthcare.
Her academic excellence, leadership, and passion for both agriculture and serving others reflect the values of Farm Bureau and the importance of investing in students who are committed to strengthening rural Iowa.
Morgan’s award is part of $4,000 in scholarships awarded by Henry County Farm Bureau this year, reinforcing our commitment to supporting local students as they pursue higher education and careers connected to agriculture.
