After an incredible 34 years of dedication and service, we wish J.O. — a very happy and well-deserved retirement!

John, thank you for the road you paved and for the leadership you provided throughout your years at the General Agency. Your dedication has been immeasurable, and the impact you’ve had on so many people will continue long after your retirement.

Your genuineness, wisdom, and wonderful sense of humor have made you someone truly special to work alongside. You will certainly be missed at the General Agency, but we are incredibly grateful for the time you contributed, the people you influenced, and the legacy you leave behind.

The retirement celebration started at the office this morning and ended at The Bench! A special thank you to The Bench for hosting such a wonderful retirement gathering this evening. The atmosphere was fantastic — both inside and out on the patio — providing the perfect setting for past and present friends and co-workers to come together and wish J.O. well. The staff was fast, friendly, and polite, helping make the celebration even more enjoyable.

Congratulations again on 34 remarkable years! We wish you all the best in this next chapter. May retirement bring you plenty of time for the things you love, new adventures, and, of course, lots of reasons to keep that great sense of humor going! 🥂

A huge thank-you to General Agency Company for treating employees and their families to a night out at the Great Lakes Loons game on Friday! We had such a great time cheering on the Loons, enjoying some laughs, and making memories together.
