Krisi Johnson at Mappus is the best agent ever!! She is always available with lightning speed responses to any question. She is knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to deal with. Each year she reviews our policies with us to maximize coverage and reduce any unnecessary premiums. We cover homeowners, valuables and auto with them (have 5 policies through them). Best insurance experience! Our salesman Brooks demonstrated very knowledgeable professionalism! Not only did he explain everything to us in great detail, but he was patient and understanding of our limited English and questions. At least before meeting him, we thought that our English was limited, but he spoke so clearly, that we understood almost everything he said. When we received notice from our current insurance company that they would cancel our policies, we were a little confused, since we do not have much experience with insurance in general. But Brooks was the beacon for us that showed us the way! We really appreciate him and Agency Mappus for their professional and efficient assistance! We highly recommend them for everyone, especially “newly minted” citizens, for whom the American insurance system is like a “dark forest”. We defenetly gonna stay with them!
