Today is the day folks!

When you go to log in to your online banking - you will be prompted to receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the PRIMARY owners phone number. You will then have to select to receive a text message or a phone call to receive the OTP. Once you get that, put that OTP in and you will be able to log in.

You are able to add a joint owner's phone number into your OTP verification so the code does not always go to the primary members phone number. Call us today and ask us how!

This should be a smooth and effortless transition for our members - and the best part? No more trying to remember those pesky security questions. OTP replaces those!

Hello!

By the end of the month (September 2026) our online banking platform is updating the security portion of logging in. This will make it easier for our members by eliminating challenge questions.

What we need from you to make this as smooth as possible, is to make sure your phone numbers are up to date in our system. If you changed your number in the last year or don't call us as much, you may want to call to make sure we have the current number.

With the updated security you will be able to receive a text message or a phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your phone/browser you are using.

If you have any questions regarding this change, please do not hesitate to call, message or email us at either location.
