Are you confused on whether or not you'll have a late enrollment penalty if you choose to work longer and stay on employer coverage? Due to recent CMS changes you could be stuck with a lifetime late enrollment penalty, even if you have employer coverage. Not all employer coverage counts as "credible" coverage.
