Update on Mom! Surgery went great and she is in recovery now. She’s hurting pretty bad right now but she is in good spirits. We want to thank everyone who has prayed, reached out and has helped us get through this tough time. We really appreciate all the love and support we have received it means the world to us!
I will be staying with her while she’s still in the hospital so we will have to keep the office closed another day. We will resume normal business hours on Monday at 9 am!

We have waited to say anything publicly because we have been running nonstop since getting the devastating news. My mother and co owner, Lillian, has been diagnosed with cancer. Now, that we have more answers we know it is a large tumor on her kidney. This next Thursday, April 23rd, she will be having surgery to remove that kidney. So, I will be closing the office all day to be there with her and our family.
These next couple months I will be running the office solo. Please stay patient with me during this time and know if the office is closed or I am unreachable by phone I will be getting back to you as soon as I possibly can. I am trying to be everywhere for everyone at the moment while trying my best to still deliver our wonderful customers the great service they deserve. I am still human though and will undoubtedly fall short at times.
We appreciate all the thoughts & prayers you are willing to send our way.

We have had something come up and won’t be able to make it in to the office tomorrow! We will back at it at 9 am sharp on Wednesday morning. Message us personally if you have an insurance emergency til then!

Our little spokesperson is turning 6 today! That basically makes today a holiday 😉 We will be closing the office early at 2pm today to go celebrate with her! We will be back to normal office hours tomorrow morning at 9 am.

This Thursday & Friday we will be working from home! This means you can’t stop by to see us in the office. However, give us a call at 870-681-3200 to service your policy, get a quote or with any questions you may have. We will gladly help out any way we can!

My ride to work will be back home tomorrow so I will be back in the office with limited hours! Be sure to catch us between 10 am-3pm tomorrow for your insurance needs!
