If you have reached out to me at some point asking about the Detroit Rental Market. Here are some examples of what you can get for less than $75,000

All of these are performing in 48238. Tenants pay rent. All but 1 are really clean. 1 tenant is messy.
Great cap rate on these. Area is up and coming but still a little ugly in spots.

No showings or info without proof of funds and an accepted offer. I am not going to disturb the tenants again without a solid buyer in place. I can get into all these quickly if I need to.
