Pllllease leave this to the experts!

All the time (sigh).

Most contracts state the borrower needs to apply for their Mortgage loan within 5 days of the contract acceptance. To apply, you must provide initial application documents (paystubs, w2s, asset statements-not screen shots- for example).

Underwriters aren't going to approve your loan until you provide the required documents needed to make a decision.

If you are considering home ownership please get your documents and finances in order so you are prepared to begin your loan application when the time comes.

Sometimes they do....sometimes they don't. Not every loan is "in the box" and that is ok.

You don't need perfect credit to buy a house;
You don't need 20% down payment to buy a house;
You don't always need 2 years employment history with the same employer to buy a house;
Some programs allow for co signers and gift money;
The house needs TLC? No problem

You can get a Mortgage loan anywhere but it is who you work with that makes the difference.
