Meet Amanda! She has been with Morgantown Bank & Trust since May 2025 and serves as a Full-Time Teller.

Her favorite parts of working at MB&T are the amazing coworkers she’s built friendships with and, of course, the cute dogs that come through the drive-thru! 🐶 She also loves seeing familiar customers each week and helping brighten their day.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and going to concerts.

Morgantown Bank & Trust is proud to support the future of our communities by awarding $10,000 in scholarships each year to graduating seniors in Butler, Warren, and Ohio Counties who plan to continue their education.

✨ Team Member Tuesday: Debra Ross ✨

Meet Debbie! She has been with Morgantown Bank & Trust since April 2025 and serves as a Teller at our Beaver Dam Branch.

Her favorite part about working at MB&T is the genuine appreciation and care shown by both coworkers and customers. She loves meeting new people and helping them find solutions to whatever challenges they may face.

After spending many years in fast-paced sales, Debbie is enjoying a slower pace with meaningful customer connections. She and her husband just celebrated their 40th anniversary this month, and together have 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

Outside of work, Debbie loves gardening, canning fresh goods, and even turning a building into a canning kitchen. She and her husband enjoy their simple country life alongside their animals, including their two Great Pyrenees, Diesel & Lexi, and their cat, Tazz (aka “Kee Kee Mow Mow” to the grandkids).

We’re so thankful to have Debbie as part of the MB&T family!💙

Meet Zoie! She has been with Morgantown Bank & Trust since June 2024 and serves as a Full-Time Teller at our Data Center Drive-Thru location.

One of her favorite parts about working at MB&T is building meaningful connections within our community. Zoie loves helping customers and says seeing their smiles each day is what makes her truly love her job.
