February 18th, 2019 was a special day. This was the day Leasa got her insurance license and officially had the title “Insurance Agent” in our organization at the Morenci location. While that was her role at the agency it certainly didn’t define Leasa. Her colleagues remember her as a warm and incredibly friendly person who had a light that shown around her. Her favorite stories were about cats, especially with Kristie. If you had a technical problem with insurance every co worker felt comfortable buzzing Leasa on the phone to talk it out, she was just that fun to talk too. To the customers, Leasa was someone who always welcomed you into her Morenci office and assisted in every way possible. Everyone felt that welcoming. To Ig and myself, Leasa was the perfect insurance student willing to learn and expand her knowledge. More than that, she was a dear dear friend who we sorely miss talking to. From the bottom of our hearts we were honored to have Leasa as a part of our agency. To Leasa’s family we extend our deepest condolences and our prayers are with you in these difficult days ahead.
