Many small businesses face this reality, but this one breaks my heart. I’ve spent countless hours at Abide Coffeehouse between meetings and seminars in their conference room and my beloved coffee hours with NEPA Networkers. The owners are just flat out great people, the business gives back more than any I know, the atmosphere is community.

There’s no better business model than community. You give more than you get and being a part of something big in your own community has rewards you can’t even imagine!!

Thank you to Swoyersville Council, Dave & DPW, our Police Department, Paula, and Trish for all of your support in making this year's festival a success.

The overwhelming support from our community has been incredible. From our local businesses to our residents, this festival continues to show what Swoyersville is all about. We had over 30 craft vendors, over 30 food vendors, 210 runners and walkers, and over 80,000 wings sold!

Our goal this year was to raise approximately $10,000 to help purchase a surface spinner for our park. We're proud to announce that we raised $16,258 & counting (still selling merchandise until the end of this week)!

Part one of a monumental weekend at my hometown’s Swoyersville Chicken Wing Fling. I served on the committee for the event this year and we added the innaugural Hot Wing Hustle 5k. It was a huge success and I was so proud to not only be involved and watch this unfold, but to sponsor over 140 pre-registration swag bags for the racers!! Check them out in the comments!!
