A big thank you to Laura Caroon and the Moorhead Public Library Spark Center for Entrepreneurship for having me today at Spark Bites!

It was a privilege to present on how intentional relationship-building can drive real business growth.

I always walk away from these events feeling deeply energized. While I love having the opportunity to share what I’ve learned from running a small business, I’m equally inspired by the resilience, creativity, and passion of the other business owners in the room.

The plaque is in, and it represents something much bigger than just numbers! 🏆

Massive congratulations to Hector Manuel Perez on officially being inducted into the Minnesota Team Member Hall of Fame. Hector is now the second person from our agency to achieve this honor.

Having two Hall of Fame inductees on our team is incredible validation that we are doing right by our community and truly developing leaders right here locally. Hector sets the pace every single day with his hustle, passion, and commitment to protecting families.

5 years. ❤️

State Farm sent me this plaque recognizing five years as an agent, and seeing it sitting in the office made me reflect on just how much has happened during that time.

What started as an opportunity to build an insurance agency has become something much bigger to me.

We've had the privilege of helping thousands of neighbors across Fargo-Moorhead, built an incredible team, developed friendships with local business owners and community leaders, and recently crossed 500 five-star Google reviews.

But what I'm most grateful for is simply being trusted by this community.

Every person who has called our office, referred a friend, left us a review, supported one of our events, stopped to say hello around town, or trusted us to protect something important to them has played a small part in these five years.

And to Mason, Matt, Hector, Lina, Priscila, Ali and everyone who has been part of our agency along the way—thank you. None of this is built by one person.

Fargo-Moorhead has given me and my family so much, and I hope we can continue returning that support for many years to come.

Nothing beats game day energy in Fargo! 🏈🤘

We had an absolute blast stepping out of the office this weekend to tailgate and watch NDSU take on Fordham. Building a strong agency means working hard to protect our neighbors all week, but it also means taking time to kick back, enjoy the sunshine, and connect as a team.
Whether we’re talking coverage at the desks or cheering on the Bison in our stripes, I’m incredibly grateful for this crew.

Fargo/Moorhead family, if you haven't checked out the brand new Mount Everest Kitchen yet, you are missing out! 🏔️🥘

We stopped by to try their buffet today, and the food is absolutely incredible. They serve an amazing mix of authentic Himalayan and Indian dishes. It is exactly the kind of spot our local food scene needs!

🏀 More than just a game. It’s about community. ❤️

Basketball has always been something I genuinely love. Some of the best things about the game happen beyond the scoreboard, it brings people together, creates friendships, gives kids a place to belong, and builds community.

That’s why it meant a lot to me to stop by the Rustad Recreation Center in Fargo and donate new basketball nets. 🏀
