💊 If you have Humira on your plan, you may be paying too much.

Specialty medications can represent a significant portion of an employer’s pharmacy spend, and without the right strategy in place, those costs can add up quickly.

The good news? There may be a better way.

At Innovative Benefit Planning, we help employers take a closer look at what’s actually driving their pharmacy costs and identify opportunities to:

✔️ Reduce unnecessary plan spend
✔️ Better manage high-cost specialty medications
✔️ Explore alternative pharmacy strategies
✔️ Build a benefits plan that works smarter for both the organization and its employees

One medication can make a BIG difference in your plan spend.

If Humira, or other high-cost specialty medications, are showing up on your plan, it may be time for a second look.

📩 Let’s review your plan and see where you could be saving.

As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re also honoring a remarkable milestone—America’s 250th anniversary. 🇺🇸

In observance of the holiday, Innovative Benefit Planning will be closed today, Friday, July 3, allowing our team time to celebrate with family and friends.

For 250 years, our nation has been built on resilience, innovation, and the dedication of those who continue to strengthen our communities. We’re grateful to work alongside employers who embody those same values every day.

We wish all of our clients, partners, and friends a safe, healthy, and Happy Fourth of July. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.

We’ll be back in the office after the holiday, ready to continue helping organizations build stronger workplaces and brighter futures.

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸🎆
