Important update for Mending Health members:

Mending Health will not be offering plans for the 2027 plan year and is no longer accepting new members or groups with Mending as the carrier.

Current plans remain active through December 31, 2026—there is no action needed at this time.

For members on Mending Direct Primary Care plans, Mending is working with CommunityCare Oklahoma on a potential transition beginning January 1, 2027. CCOK plans to offer a similar DPC option, and Oklahoma DPC providers are expected to be in network.

We’ll share more information as details are finalized, well before Open Enrollment. If you have trouble accessing care or have an unpaid claim, please contact us right away—we’re here to help.
