Happy closing day! So happy for this great family to be in their new home for Christmas! The poor seller called me first thing in the morning that she was sick. No worries! I set up an online notary for her so she could stay home and get to resting. Thankful for working with the great The Haffner Team and Zoie Diehl on this one!
