If a defendant misses court (for any reason, we understand rides fall through,
people get sick, work, life happens) contact us preferably the day of, or at the latest the day after, and we can file a consent of surety to reinstate the bond and get a new court date. As long as communication is open we will do our best to take care of any FTA warrants for our clients. If contact from defendant or co-signer is not made then our automatic conclusion is that the client is running from the courts and our only option would be to turn the defendant back into the jail to squash the Failure to appear warrant. Pricing, payments and collateral:
We don’t require collateral unless it’s a large bond, all we need is a co-signer for the defendant and the premium payment. Anything below a $5,000 bond is 15% plus the booking fee the jail charges (varies from jail to jail) no payment plans, anything $5,000 and above we charge only 10% plus the booking fee the jail charges (varies from jail to jail) and we will work with you on payments if necessary.
