A Quick Clarification About Your Debit Card:
We’ve seen a few questions and comments recently, so we want to take a moment to clear up any confusion and reassure our members. ❤️
Arkansas Superior is still the same credit union you know and trust. The recent change involves our debit card provider—not the credit union itself. Your membership, accounts, and relationship with Arkansas Superior remain the same.
You may also notice that we use Arkansas Superior rather than “Federal” in our name. That change has been in place for some time and is simply part of our current marketing and branding. It does not mean that the credit union has changed ownership or become a different financial institution. We are still Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union. 
In regard to the debit card provider change, we know that messages can sometimes get missed, so if you haven’t already, please make sure we have your current email address and contact information so you receive important notices and updates from us.
