RANT (have to): For years my FedEx account has had written instructions to deliver packages to my front door, and NOT at my garage (where I have run over them). EVERY FedEx delivery is at my garage, no matter who I call or write to. NO other delivery company leaves items at my garage! Today, it was an 80 pound box!!
I lost it.
If you have a choice, DO NOT use FedEx. Obviously, they could care less about their customers. 😡🤬

When teamwork works! Sometimes you’ll be challenged on your belief, but when everyone works together for the same goal, wonderful things can be accomplished. I’m honored to be in a position to help with mortgages that change lives. They wanted a new house, they worked for it, they got it! Yay!!

Some people say, “why?”, and others say, “why not?” Pandemic? Difficulty seeing houses? Complicated negotiations? Pshaa!
Big congratulations to Cassandra Anne Vouriotis and Jarrod Williams on their new house! Realtor Rich Parke did a great job getting them the house, and I did the low fixed rate mortgage. They were so easy to work with, and always full of humor. They even saved some money at closing, which helps when you have a bunch of stuff to buy for your great new home. 😊

Buying a house is a long-term obligation. It ain’t buying tootsie pops.

Anything that is worth it takes effort. You KNOW you believe that.
Sometimes LOTS of effort! Its not IF, but WHEN you’ll be challenged, of course.

What do I always say? NOT GIVING UP is half the battle won!

Mom Colleen Gular had her hands full with helping daughter Shannon buy a home.
Every possible thing that could go wrong, well, you know.... and she came through with flying colors!
Maggie Pollich Patch even had a last second title issue, but she was a cool cucumber. 💪

Congratulations to Shannon on her new house (and for not giving up), and to everyone else for making it happen!

WHATEVER IT TAKES...
2 houses (because the 1st one fell through), then 2 title companies and 2 mortgage companies later...

1 grant saving over $1200 at closing, 1 nice low fixed rate, 1 great house negotiated 9 times by realtor Jasmine Williams ,
and a VERY happy buyer!
