RANT (have to): For years my FedEx account has had written instructions to deliver packages to my front door, and NOT at my garage (where I have run over them). EVERY FedEx delivery is at my garage, no matter who I call or write to. NO other delivery company leaves items at my garage! Today, it was an 80 pound box!!
I lost it.
If you have a choice, DO NOT use FedEx. Obviously, they could care less about their customers. 😡🤬

Some people say, “why?”, and others say, “why not?” Pandemic? Difficulty seeing houses? Complicated negotiations? Pshaa!
Big congratulations to Cassandra Anne Vouriotis and Jarrod Williams on their new house! Realtor Rich Parke did a great job getting them the house, and I did the low fixed rate mortgage. They were so easy to work with, and always full of humor. They even saved some money at closing, which helps when you have a bunch of stuff to buy for your great new home. 😊
