We understand Alfa® customers are among those impacted by the federal government shutdown.

To ensure your insurance coverage is not interrupted during this time, we are offering to temporarily suspend policy cancellations due to non-payment of premium and waive late fees for affected customers.

Hardship requests are being reviewed based on individual circumstances for federal employees who are furloughed or working without pay and whose policies were in force on the date of the shutdown (Oct. 1). Those facing financial difficulty should contact their local Alfa service center or our Customer Resource Center at 1-800-964-2532.

We are pleased to offer this relief to our affected customers in their time of need. It is part of our ongoing commitment to provide exceptional service rooted in our Core 4 Values of Faith, Family, Community and Integrity.

Happy New Year!🌟
It is a great time to review your insurance policies and let me see if I can save you some money, or even check your current coverages to make sure you are properly covered.
