To do this, Kent creates thoughtfully personalized financial plans designed to help clients use their wealth to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. He applies a mix of leadership skill, discipline and common sense to provide everything from faith-based investing to comprehensive retirement planning. A graduate of the American Military University, Kent worked as a financial advisor at Edward Jones before joining Raymond James in 2021. “I found my way to Raymond James because I wanted more freedom to serve my clients and their families,” says Kent. To further enhance his service, he earned his Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM designation in 2019 from the College for Financial Planning. Kent is a lifelong Texan who makes his home in Montgomery. A dedicated husband and father, he and his wife, Tamara, have two children named Freya and Charlie and a black Labrador named Ares. Aside from golfing, waterfowling and traveling with his beautiful family, Kent makes it a priority to give back to his community by supporting local veteran organizations and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
