β’ Manage the loan process from initial contact to closing.
β’ Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless experience.
π What You Bring:
β’ NMLS License required.
β’ 2+ years in a call center or D2C lending role.
β’ Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
