Insurance Producer!

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing insurance agency!

This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working directly with clients, can communicate clearly, and is comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide excellent customer service, follow up on leads, and close sales while helping clients manage their property and casualty insurance risks.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with property and casualty insurance needs
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
• Follow up on leads and close new business
• Provide accurate quotes, policy information, and coverage explanations
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect sensitive information
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Fred Schurr built this business because of his love for the Montgomery and surrounding communities. We continue to generously give back to the people in this area and our passion is second to none.
