Some people ask me, "Why would I work with an insurance agent when I can enroll in Medicare and apply for my Medicare plans myself? Do I have to pay you any extra money?"

Those are great questions! Here are my thoughts:

⭐I'm licensed to sell health insurance, which means I've taken ethics courses, studied the health insurance requirements, and passed the required tests.
⭐I pass an annual test called the AHIP, which means I stay up to date on current Medicare insurance issues and laws.
⭐I maintain certifications with every carrier I represent and study all the available plans, attending in-person seminars and on-line trainings frequently.
⭐I don't charge any consulting fees for my Medicare services, and in fact, I'm not allowed to! The insurance companies pay me a commission for helping you choose a plan because they know that if you are working with a qualified agent, you are likely picking the best plan for your situation.
⭐I start by educating my clients, conducting a needs analysis, asking lots of questions, and then providing recommendations.
⭐ While an individual CAN do all their Medicare enrollments for themselves, I hope working with me gives my clients peace of mind and makes the transition to Medicare insurance smooth and easy!
