Came here for one reason and one reason only. To get the people going, idk but it just feels right 😂😂 Got to share vibes with some of the best people the UK can offer, the likes of , , .dem.crew , and of course my friends and family from across the global running community. Got to meet new friends and introduce them to Han Solo Run club, Club float. Anyone and everyone that I met or saw again I hope you realized again or saw for the first time how much I love this community and each and every one of you who are apart of it! Some people often think, How does he have all this energy! It’s cause it’s not mines to keep. When we leave each other I hope you take some of that energy and give it back to your community because we need to celebrate each other more and more! The world needs it!

Hey Black Man, Hey Black Woman! I hope every time you see me you feel like you belong. I hope that every time I occupy a space you know that space calls for your presence too. I want you to know your energy makes the space unique. I know endurance sports is not where you typically see yourself but I want you to know that you are more than capable.
