Una de nuestras tradiciones favoritas en la comunidad está a punto de llegar, y nos entusiasma volver a ser el patrocinador oficial del Día de los Adultos Mayores en la Feria del Condado de Monterey.

Estaremos celebrando el Día de los Adultos Mayores el jueves, 3 de septiembre, y nos encantaría ver caras conocidas y conocer a otras nuevas. Las personas de 62 años o mayores entran gratis durante todo el día. Si va a asistir, dese una vuelta por nuestro stand y salude al equipo de Aspire.

One of our favorite community traditions is almost here, and we're excited to once again be the official Seniors Day sponsor at the Monterey County Fair.

We'll be celebrating Senior Day on Thursday, September 3, and we'd love to see familiar faces and meet new ones. Seniors 62 or better are admitted free all day. If you're attending, stop by our booth and say hello to the Aspire team.

Healthy habits can sometimes reduce the need for certain medications over time with guidance from your doctor and healthcare team.

At Aspire Health, our Health Coaches work alongside members to build healthier habits, such as improving nutrition, increasing physical activity, and managing chronic conditions like high blood pressure. In some cases, these lifestyle changes may help reduce reliance on certain medications over time, under the guidance of a healthcare provider.
