That's exactly what Rachel's Table of Western Massachusetts does every day. The organization rescues surplus food and distributes it through a network of food pantries, shelters, meal programs, after-school programs, and other community organizations across the region. 🥬🍓🥕

Their work helps reduce food waste while ensuring nutritious food reaches individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
