Public Service Announcement: We have been made aware of news reports stating there is an ongoing investigation by local law enforcement involving an employee of a bail bonding company in Ouachita Parish. (please see, any local news outlet for the story, as we cannot post it here) We would like to clarify first, that Cooper Collins Bail Bonds was in no way shape or form involved in the incident. Second, our office maintains the highest level of respect and professionalism for all of our clients and demand all of our agents extend that same respect and show that same professionalism to all of our clients. Third, our office does not condone the use of deadly force to apprehend anyone on bail. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all parties and families that have been affected by this incident.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! If you have a court date for April, May or June 2020, and you have NOT gotten another court date at the address you provided to the court. Then you are STILL required to appear on the court date you were given! If you do not appear, a warrant will be issued and you will have to go back to jail and post a new bond. As of right now there is no way to get reset without an Attorney. If you have an Attorney on your current case, STAY IN TOUCH WITH THEM! As you might already know, yesterday, March 22, 2020, in response to a growing concern over the spread of COVID-19, Louisiana Governor John Bell Edwards announced a “Stay at Home” Order for all Louisianans. However, our office is and will remain open for business until further notice, if such changes are made, we will post updates on our google listing as well as our page (https://www.facebook.com/ccollinsbailbonds103/). To accommodate you, our customers, in light of the "Stay at Home" order, if you have an account with us and are making payments. We would like to let you know that we have a minimum staff in the office daily accepting payments through the mail. If you need to mail in a payment, our mailing address is 105 Wood Street. Monroe, LA 71201. We also accept over the phone credit and debit card payments as well. We are confident that we will all get through this together. Your health and the health of your family are the most important things right now. That being said, we will continue to operate our business in the safest and most responsible way possible.
