Make sure your home is ready for the season. Here are 4 crucial exterior spring home maintenance tasks:

1️⃣ Clean gutters and downspouts to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.

2️⃣ Inspect your roof for curled, missing shingles, cracked caulk, and other signs of damage.

Diane Gascon joined Mosher & Associates in December of 2023 in the Monroe office and her primary focus is Commercial and Specialty Lines. She previously worked in Michigan in the Upper Peninsula as an insurance agent and brings years of customer service experience. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and recently certified as a Professional Commercial Insurance Advisor.

Diane was born and raised in Canada in Northern Ontario and is a dual citizen and speaks French fluently. She enjoys anything outdoors, especially hiking, fishing and kayaking. She also loves spending time with her two daughters Janelle and Sarah and making lasting memories.

Six Wisconsin Badgers Basketball Tickets - four are seated behind the visitor's bench and two are on the floor, the floor seats have access to the Nichols Suite. Game to be determined. Special thanks to Dean, Jackie, Drew and Sky Manthe for donating the tickets!

Eight tickets to the Milwaukee Bucks versus Pistons game on December 16th. Four seats will be mid-court row six, and four seats are behind the visitor's bench. Parking passes included. Thank you to Chris Feller and Sussex Machine for this donation!

Eighteen tickets and use of the Michael Best Box Suite for the Wisconsin Badgers Men's Hockey Game on Friday, March 1. The suite has catered food and a full private bar. The winning bidder will also get a tote of glyphosate. Thank you to Andy and Kate Abbe, on behalf of AC Agronomy and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP for their generosity!
