60+ policies. One incredible month.

August was our biggest month yet, with Jennifer and Chelsea personally helping each client find the right protection for what matters most.

Every policy represents a family, a home, a vehicle, or something someone has worked hard to build. That trust is never something we take lightly.

Many of these new clients came from friends and family sending someone our way, along with Lender & Realtor relationships we’ve built over the years. Every referral means more than you know.

If we haven’t reviewed your coverage yet, we’d love the opportunity to help.

Send us a message, and we’ll take it from there.

"We're not in a flood zone."

Everyone in Louisiana is in a flood zone , the question is which one.

Zone X means lower risk, not no risk.

Per FEMA, about 1 in 3 flood claims over the last decade came from OUTSIDE high risk zones.

And lower-risk zones get the cheapest flood premiums.

Message FLOOD and we'll pull your actual zone.

Your roof is the first thing your insurance company looks at and the first thing they'll limit.

Many Louisiana carriers now pay actual cash value, not replacement cost, on roofs past a certain age.

On a 15-year-old roof, that difference can be thousands out of your pocket after one hailstorm.

Some carriers won't renew at all past 20 years. Most homeowners find this out at claim time.

Comment HOME and we will check how your policy treats your roof.

Insurance works better when the important information is not locked inside one person’s phone.

Your spouse or another trusted family member should know:

• Where your policies are stored
• Your agent’s contact information
• The claims number
• How to access your home inventory
• What to photograph after damage

Protection is not only having a policy. It is making sure your family knows what to do when something happens.

Save the information somewhere everyone can reach it, then message PLAN if you need help organizing your coverage.

Here is one insurance task you can finish before the weekend gets busy.

Open your phone’s camera and slowly record each room in your house.

Capture:
• Furniture
• Electronics
• Appliances
• Closets
• Tools
• Serial numbers on larger purchases

A home inventory can make it much easier to remember and document what you owned after a covered loss.

No spreadsheets required. Just start with one room today.

Comment DONE when you finish your first walkthrough.

Jewelry values can change long after the paperwork gets placed in a drawer.

If an appraisal is several years old, the amount listed on your policy may no longer reflect what it would cost to replace the item today.

That matters for:
• Engagement and wedding rings
• Watches
• Inherited jewelry
• Custom pieces
• Valuable collections

Check the appraisal date before assuming the coverage amount is still enough.

Message APPRAISAL and we’ll help you review how your valuables are listed.

A few rods, reels, tackle boxes, electronics, and safety equipment can add up quickly.

Boat coverage and coverage for the personal property carried aboard are not always the same thing. Certain items may have separate limits, deductibles, or restrictions.

Before your next trip, take photos of your gear and make a simple list of what stays on the boat.

Message GEAR and we’ll help you find out how your policy treats what you carry aboard.

Letting someone borrow your vehicle can also mean letting them borrow your insurance.

Who is driving, how often they use the vehicle, whether they live with you, and the terms of your policy can all affect how a claim is handled.

A friend borrowing your truck once is different from someone driving it every week.
Who would you trust with your vehicle?

Tag them below, then message DRIVER if you want us to check how your policy handles other drivers.

Renting does not mean flood damage becomes your landlord’s responsibility.

The building may belong to them, but your:
• Furniture
• Clothing
• Electronics
• Washer and dryer
• Other personal belongings
belong to you.

Renters can purchase flood coverage specifically for their belongings. Under the National Flood Insurance Program, contents-only coverage is available up to certain limits.

Message CONTENTS and we’ll help you look at your options before the next stretch of heavy Louisiana rain.

If storm damage makes your home temporarily unlivable, the repair bill may not be your only expense.

You could also be paying for:
• A hotel or temporary rental
• Additional meal expenses
• Laundry and other necessary costs
• Certain pet boarding expenses

Many homeowners policies include Additional Living Expenses coverage, but the amount and time limits vary. It generally covers qualifying expenses above what you would normally spend, so keep every receipt.

Message ALE and we’ll help you understand what your policy provides before you need it.
