Avondale Mortgage was founded on the philosophy of providing exceptional customer service, diverse product offering and competitive interest rates. Avondale Mortgage is a direct mortgage lender. Our leadership and staff have vast experience and knowledge of both Mortgage and Real Estate transactions. After years of seeing others fall short, we have built a better consumer process to create a smooth and positive experience for our clients and real estate partners. While always listening to clients and referral partners feedback on mortgage transactions, the most frequent complaints were lack of communication, not understanding the process, the figures and fees were not explained, too many requests for the same documents, last minute surprises and simply not feeling important. We have dedicated ourselves to make sure this is not the case with Avondale Mortgage, and we hope you enjoy your experience with us because of these core founding principles.
