Did you order your free COVID tests yet?
At-home COVID tests have been difficult to come by due to the highly-contagious omicron variant and increased demand for on-hand tests.
Starting Jan. 18, people can visit https://www.covidtests.gov/ to order their free at-home tests or go directly to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) order form here: https://special.usps.com/testkits.
This will be a relief for those who are having trouble finding the at home kits due to the high demand. The free kits are part of the Biden Administration's ongoing effort to curb the latest, record-breaking coronavirus surge.
Limit one set of 4 per household.

Your local pharmacy used to be a place where you would pick up your prescription and be on your way but COVID-19 has changed the role of the pharmacy and the pharmacist.

In my latest episode Pathfinder, I talked to pharmacist, Matthew Mabie of Forward Pharmacy. Matt explains how the pandemic elevated the role of the pharmacist to an accessible and trusted health care professional. He says when clinics have limited appointment availability and patients can not get in to see their doctor, the local pharmacist is sometimes the only health professional patients have access to.
