Kadin has been with CNB for 1 & 1/2 years. He is a full time teller at CNB. His favorite thing about working at CNB is working with a great group of people who always have his back. Kadin’s most memorable moment at CNB is trolling Alex after the Packers beat the Bears; (even if it ruined his luck). Kadin’s favorite part about being in Monmouth is that it is a very close community with a lot of history. His favorite sports teams are the Monmouth Roseville Titans, Monmouth College fighting Scot’s and of course; Go Pack Go! Kadin’s favorite food is anything his fiancé is making. His favorite color is purple and his favorite hobby is calling local sporting events for prairie communications in the fall, winter and spring.😊

Meet our Employee of the week Jenna McDonald!😊
Jenna has been with CNB for almost 15 years. She is the teller supervisor at CNB. Her favorite thing about working at CNB is her coworkers and the customers. Jenna’s most memorable memories at CNB is getting to plan the Christmas parties, shopping for the STARS program, participating in the WCPB parades, and teaching the junior achievement program to local students with Alex. Jenna’s favorite part about being in Monmouth is that she grew up here, her family is still here so it’s nice to see them daily! Her favorite sports teams are, the Cubs, the Bears and Notre Dame! Jenna’s favorite color is olive green or navy blue. Her favorite food is her husband’s homemade chicken strips and fries! Jenna’s favorite hobbies are spending time with family, baking, and shopping!😊

Meet our Employee of the week Alex Hardin!😊
Alex has been with CNB for 19 years. He is the President at CNB. His favorite thing about working at CNB is that he is fortunate enough to be the 3rd generation in his family to lead the organization. Alex’s most memorable moment at CNB was when an examiner and his father had a disagreement about a flood regulation. Alex overheard the disagreement in the neighboring office and thought he would go in to clear up the misunderstanding. As Alex gets to the door hears the examiner site a flood regulation and the exact location; “article section, sub-section, paragraph line, etc…” To which his father replied “hut, hut, hike!”; Not funny at the time, but it’s a memory Alex gets a chuckle out of. Alex’s favorite part about being in Monmouth is the community! His favorite sports team is the Chicago Bears and his favorite color is blue. Alex’s favorite food is a turkey club sandwich and his favorite hobby is sailing.😊

Meet our Employee of the week Jennifer Rice!😊
Jennifer has been with CNB for about 13 years. She is the Vice President as well as a cashier at CNB. Her favorite thing about working at CNB is that we are a community bank and she is able to make connections with our customers. Jennifer also enjoys the great team that we have at the bank! Jenn’s most memorable moments at CNB is when she gets to help shop for the STARS program as well as organizing the work Christmas parties. Her favorite thing about living in Monmouth is the small community. Jenn’s favorite color is green and her favorite food is fried pickle spears. Jenn’s favorite sports team is the Cubs and her favorite hobby is putting together puzzles😊

Laurie has been with CNB for about 3 years. She works in customer service . Her favorite thing about working at CNB is the family atmosphere and the customers. Lauries’s most memorable moment at CNB is when she helped a young man get the help he needed when he was going through a difficult situation. Her favorite thing about living in Monmouth is that so many people know each other, and that we come together as a community for people in need. Laurie’s favorite color is blue and her favorite food is chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. Laurie’s favorite sports team is the Bears. 😊

Meet our Employee of the week Susan Johnson!😊
Susan has been with CNB for about 4 & 1/2 years, since May 2021. She works as a full time teller. Her favorite thing about working at CNB is talking and interacting with our customers and working with a great group of people. Susan’s most memorable moment at CNB is the day she found out two of her coworkers were both expecting a baby at the same time! It was such a fun and exciting time! Her favorite thing about living in Monmouth is that she loves the small-town feeling and that everyone looks out for their neighbors and are willing to help each other . Susan’s loves all shades of purple and her favorite food is lasagna and cheese breadsticks. Susan’s favorite sports team is Monmouth Roseville. Her favorite hobbies are watching her favorite shows with her husband and shopping to buy gifts for others😊

Meet our Employee of the week Lindsey Bismark!😊
Lindsey has been with CNB for about 2 & 1/2 years, since March 23rd 2023. She works as a full time teller. Her favorite thing about working at CNB is the conversations that she has with customers and coworkers . Lindsey’s most memorable moment at CNB is when she helped decorate the big Christmas tree in the lobby for the first time. Her favorite thing about living in Monmouth is that it is a small town and everyone knows everyone. Lindsey’s favorite color is lavender and her favorite food is chicken alfredo. Lindsey’s favorite hobbies are watching her tv shows and crocheting😊
