Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers with accuracy

• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault and cash operations

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- FULL TIME

NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union, South Brunswick, NJ has an immediate opening for a full-time member service representative (teller) with experience.

Job Description-
• Support members with the following services, including but not limited to - opening and closing of various deposit accounts and services, account servicing, and maintenance requests.
• Perform traditional teller functions such as cash drawer balancing and processing member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all distribution channels, to drive member utilization and engagement (online banking, mobile banking, phone, ATM, etc.).
• Assist in ordering and auditing cash and settlements of the vault and other office-related operational tasks.
• Abide by proper regulatory compliance, follow policies and procedures, complete compliance training as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
