Spensley Insurance has been in business for 38 years, which is an impressive accomplishment for any business. Curtis & Bette Spensley always did what was best for the customer and treated people right which explains how they attracted new clients and built the agency over the years. This was passed on to Curtis & Bette’s children when they would often be found at the office while Mom & Dad continued to work hard building the agency and raising a family. All 3 of their children, Kari, Chris and Josh, worked in the agency at some point in time with Chris taking on a more active role over the past fifteen years. Even the grandchildren could be found at Nana & Papa’s office filing papers or helping out with “computer stuff.” Spensley Insurance has truly been a family owned and operated business.
Some major changes have taken place for the Spensley family in the past few years and as a result Spensley Insurance has been sold. As of April Spensley Insurance has been sold to Scott & Julie Cocquit with the Sellman-Cox Agency. All policies will be transferred to Sellman-Cox and your policy will be serviced by them.
While this was not an easy decision, the entire Spensley family is confident that Scott, Julie and the rest of their staff will provide the same level of customer service that Curtis & Bette built their business on.
