To our valued customers and friends,
After 50 years of serving this community, I’m writing with both gratitude and a bit of bittersweet news: I’m stepping away from day-to-day work at Bill Potter Insurance Agency.
This agency has been a huge part of my life, and I’m truly thankful for the trust, support, and friendships you’ve shared with me over the years.
As I planned this transition, my top priority was making sure you continue to receive the same care, responsiveness, and “people first” service you’ve always counted on. That’s why I’m pleased to share that Gunnar Haskins will be taking over. Gunnar is local to the area and is family to our broker partner, Couri Insurance Agency.
Gunnar brings more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and is well-versed in both personal and commercial lines. Just as importantly, he values the relationships and trust that make a community-based agency like ours work—doing things the right way, paying attention to details, and being there when it matters most.
You can expect a smooth transition with no interruption in service. Your policies and coverage will continue to be handled with the same commitment to protecting what matters to you. That includes Nelly, who is staying in the same role she has been in to date.
Thank you again for allowing me to serve you. It has meant more than I can put into words. I hope you’ll welcome Gunnar the same way you welcomed me all those years ago.
