I would just like to thank all of my clients and friends over the years that trusted me with there homes & business. This page from my last job is still up, so I decided to jump on my soap box.
Fairway Mortgage is an amazing company and I couldn't ask for a better person to work with Diane Lestor. I have now been out of the business for 2 years. I have had a lot of ups and downs my entire life & I think the death of my mother in 2021 finally broke my strength. I couldn't handle the stress of the business anymore. I just didn't have any fight left. Since this page is still active and probably be shut down tomorrow, I would just like to say that I appreciate you all! Every loan, every referral, every repeat customer meant the world to me & allowed me to raise my daughter while working on commission. I am still here living life. Please remember to always be kind and honest. I hope I provided your interaction with me that way!

Did you hear? The Iowa Finance Authority and Iowa Association of REALTORS recently announced the Iowa Homeownership Incubator- a challenge to Iowa lending institutions and real estate professionals to think innovatively about the future of homeownership!

Submitting a proposal is so easy, all you need to do is:
✅ Include how you intend to promote IFA programs for low to moderate homebuyers,
✅ center your proposal around innovation,
✅ ...and include community and business partnerships.

A little FYI. To all who are 65 and over, own your home, please be sure to sign up for the new homestead deduction in Iowa are getting. Must sign up with your county Assessor by July 1. This new bill was signed early May and I didn’t know until I a notice in local paper a couple of weeks ago. Seems it hasn’t been spread around.
