THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You’re motivated, confident, and know how to turn a conversation into an opportunity. You enjoy connecting with people, aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, and understand that great sales come from great follow-up.
You know how to listen, overcome objections, build trust, and ask for the sale.
We’ll provide the opportunities and keep your pipeline moving—you bring the drive to turn those opportunities into customers.
POSITION DETAILS
✨ Personal Lines Insurance Sales
✨ Full-time position
✨ Work with new and existing leads
✨ Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters & other Personal Lines products
✨ Follow up with prospects and build lasting client relationships
✨ Meet individual and agency sales goals
✨ Must be licensed OR willing to obtain your California insurance license
