*BREAKING* Share this great news with your buyers! Thanks to recent changes from the Federal Housing Administration, new homeowners may save an average of $800 a year. The FHA just announced that annual mortgage insurance premiums on FHA Loans will drop by 30 basis points as of March 20, 2023. (HUD, 2023)
