Administers and services the SBA 504 loans for commercial real estate purchase for business owners. The 504 loans are for owner-occupants.

The availability of capital helps businesses to create both jobs and capital investment. Both are vital to our region because of our current high labor surplus. Success Capital provides financing to a variety of business and industry clients through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the local Stanislaus County Revolving Loan Funds (RLF). The SBA's 504 Loan Program is by far Success Capital's primary financing option. The 504 loans provide for acquisition and construction of commercial, industrial and retail properties along with equipment acquisition and installation. The program highlights include low down payment, below market fixed rates, 20 or 25 year loan amortization, and assumable loans. Just recently, we are now able to refinance government debt, such as SBA 504 and 7a loans.
