LEASED: Herrington Realty represented the landlord in a ground lease for an outparcel at the Walmart in West Mobile, AL, bringing 7Brew Coffee to the area. This was a complex transaction involving several approvals and moving parts from third parties. We’re grateful for our landlord’s confidence in us throughout the process and a lot of help from Crawford Stitt. The fence is already up and construction should begin soon!
