Thankfully, our area avoided the worst of the storm! 🙌 But even when a hurricane doesn’t bring major damage, it’s always a good idea to give your home a quick once-over.

🏠 5 Things to Check After a Storm:

✅ 1. Check your roof. Look from the ground for missing shingles, lifted edges, or visible damage.

✅ 2. Clear your gutters. Remove leaves and debris to keep water flowing away from your home.

✅ 3. Walk around your property. Check fences, siding, outdoor structures, and trees for damage.

✅ 4. Look for water intrusion. Check ceilings, windows, and attic spaces for signs of leaks.

✅ 5. Document anything unusual. Snap a few pictures of damage before making repairs, and prevent further damage when it’s safe to do so.

A little post-storm maintenance today can help prevent bigger headaches tomorrow!
