Technically, I offer State Farm products, but after doing this for a while, I’ve realized that’s a very small description of what we actually do.
We answer the phone when someone’s had a wreck.
We help families figure out how to protect what they’ve spent years building.
We have conversations about things nobody really likes thinking about.
We celebrate new houses, new cars, marriages, babies and businesses.
And sometimes we’re simply the person someone calls because they have no idea what to do next.
That’s the part of this job I love.
We may offer these products, but taking care of people is what we do.
