So about a year a go we did a thing, we bought the ugly house. After a lot of blood, sweat, tears and of course money, we finally got it finished. Our first investment/rental property is finally ready to hit the market. Rental information will be released next week but enjoy the before and afters. Ladies and gents meet Glendale Place.
