Interesting perspective on the housing market. A lot of people see home prices have increased, but adjusting for inflation tells a bigger story. While every state has seen appreciation since 2000, some markets have dramatically outpaced the cost of living, while others have seen much steadier growth. It's also a good reminder that real estate is incredibly local.
