Saturday a few of our agents and our Operations Manager delivered a storm kit to the residence of Bloomington that was hit by the tornado. The destruction was overwhelming! When we spoke to the people, they were so pleasant and optimistic.

I was amazed on how all of them had such a positive outlook and such a wonderful attitude in a time when they lost so much.
